Poke tickles Or Grab Tickles

This question is for Lees or Lers. I wanted know which tickle method is most effective on you or most effective on the people you've tickled. Poke tickles or grab tickles? Both of them have equal effect on me, especially my upper body.

Grabbing my ribs with all ten fingers works best on me.

I am very sensitive to grab tickling. Poking only gives me pain sensations. And my partner feels the same. Also she prefers light wiggling touches. But for her there is a spot for poking - it is her back. After intensive tickling, when I am sitting on her and poking her back she is dying from laughter.
