Episode 13 of Best Wishes has a Chillarmy that knows Tickle, and uses it three times throughout against Chaobu, Oshawott, and Pikachu. My favorite is when Pikachu gets tickled.

'Kusuguru' is the japanese word for tickle, I heard it used a couple of times. Actually, I got the gist of a lot of what they were saying, even with my almost-nonexistant knowledge of japanese. I guess Pokemon uses really basic words.

Chillarmy was caught by Belle, so if she shows up again in future episodes, there might be more tickling.
