On today's (7/29)epsiode of Pokemon, Jessie was "tickle"
attacked by worm like Pokemon creatures. Two of those creatures
licked Jessie's belly button. Her reaction:
She was very startled, but she did not laugh. Finnally, a Pokemon episode that has the person (I think) deserves a tickle attack, gets it. I have pictures but I do not know how to post them on this fourm. However if the moderator of the Legion of Superticklish Heroes wants me to post them on his group, I will.
 
i've always wondered about this scene. I remember when it 1st aired i reported it on the Anime Tickling Forum
