Portugal - Sweden - Worldcup 2010 qualifiers

This is where i was yesterday 🙂

Up north in Oporto...it was a 4 hour bus ride each way and we didn´t manage to grab the win but still, to be there and feel the environment is always unforgiven.

I´m actually on the other side, right in front of the camera, where you see the swedes sector ending in a white stripe, i was right to the left of that stripe, almost at the top 😀

Too bad Portugal didn't win, I hate it when football gets good publicity in Swedish media - takes away youngsters from our talent pool in hockey! 😛

I guess we will have to sit this worldcup out 🙁

There´s still a slim chance we might get 2nd place and playoff but it´s now becoming far and far away.

We are not the same team we were with Figo/Rui Costa and Ronaldo blossoming, but we are not that bad either.

This qual was doomed when we lost against denmark and in the suposed "easy games" we managed not to win 🙁 🙁

This last game against sweden there was a bit of a bad luck taste around. We were over them, outplayed sweden clearly, but something was missing in the end.

Ohhh well.....let´s see
