Possible Oprah Winfrey Pedicure Tickle

I found this this photo in a clickbait article named something along the lines of “Celebrities With Weird Body Parts”. The attached photo was shown under “Oprah’s Funky Toe”.

In my humble opinion, it looks like a tickle. Here’s why:
1) Oprah’s Glowing Expression.
2) The nail technician’s smirk.
3) Pumice stones are widely accepted as one of the most tickley aspects of a pedicure.
4) She is using the stone on the part of the foot where many lose it during pedicures.

Eh. Disagree. Too hard to give a definite answer. Too many factors. Is someone else in the room with her? It looks like she is looking at someone. Perhaps they said something funny?

Also in my experience from my and my girlfriends pedicures and seeing other people, seems like the arch always drives people the craziest. The ball of the foot isn't bad either but still.

Anyway, no way to really know for sure. If you want to believe it's a tickle, go ahead. No one can tell you different and it's entirely possible

It is very hard to tell from a still photo. It could be a ticklish reaction.
