Possible way to help increase foot ticklishness

My wife uses these "footner" socks to help get rid of the dead skin on her feet. It's a slow process, wear them for an hour and a week later her feet are baby soft. And oh, so ticklish. Takes her from a 5 to a 9. Figured it's worth a share as I didn't know these existed before her.
