As far as I can determine, this is James Avati's cover for Georgia Boy. No barefoot blonde, no feather, alas. But then, the book is only $3.50 -- maybe you can buy it and check for yourself.

Apparently someone here must have bought it because it's not there any more. I hope that it does have that image on the cover or it's going to be a waste of 3 dollars.
