Well since it has been done to me over 100 times for my site I have to say it depends on 2 things. 1 How into tickling the girl/girls are and 2 how long they tortured me before the orgasm. If it is done right I lose it withing a few seconds and nearly scream red. It's the most intense sensation I've ever had.
