Diane is at home alone and sulking because her boyfriend recently cheated on her and she can't think of anything else other than how pissed and sad she is about the break-up. So naturally she takes out her combined feelings on this available dummy face that happened to be laying around (she wished it were her ex-boyfriend).

sidenote: I actually caught some whiffs of her feet and they were sorta vinegary. Her tennis shoes on the other hand were funky while her black high heeled leather pumps smelled ripe 😛
