Anyone remember a Powdered Toast Man (Ren & Stimpy) cartoon strip that was circulated around 1996 or 1997 that featured Powder Toast Man tickling his nemesis by locking him in a giant harmonica and then blowing on it.
Did I imagine this, or did it actually exist?
