Power Plate - tickles like crazy!!

Anyone else been on one an found this??

I went on one for the first time today and it was crazy, i couldn't take it, and i was wearing shoes and trainers.

For those who dont know a power plate is an exercise machine, it vibrates, which forces ur mucles to contract because it tricks you into feeling your falling or summit, but anyway i couldnt stand it, literally.

hehe yeh i stepped on and jumped off imideately and my friend burst out laughing so i tried again and it was the same result, i wanna be tied onto that thing lol

Have not tried it but have had similar experiences on rider lawn mowers and boats that vibrated from their engines.
