Prefer tickling a clothed or unclothed lee

Myself, I prefer one clothed or partially clothed. Kinda gives a little mystery to
the situation. Being a foot and nylon fethishist, I love seeing if a woman is
wearing nylons. Now that the weather is getting colder, I'm seeing more of
them, especially on the older more mature women.
Last saturday, my wife and I went to the mall. She had some shopping to do
which left me free for one of my favorite pastimes. People watching.
Especially nylon foot watching. I wasn't disappointed either. I saw many
women in nylons. In fact, my wife even wore them for me that day.
Anyway, just wondering your views on the tickling aspect of it.

Speaking as a lee, the right type of material for the clothes can make a big difference. Slick materials are my favorite. Oil does also lower friction but I never particularly liked the sticky feeling.

For me It does depend on a lot of factors, i prefer slowly and sesualy stripping my lee its half the fun.

I think going as far as undies is possibly the best of both worlds, i also like the idea of no bra under a silky blouse, just teaseing the nipples throught the silk. oil if applied slighty warm is ok till it cools and it does go sticky.

I like my lees getting sticky from otherthings, rather than oil, sweat and certain juices.

On the rare occasion my lee gets revenge i prefer to keep my panties on, possibly pulled or wedged but on, while being topless, apart from the tickling,i like to feel the restraints on my naked skin, and be completely helpless, panic sets in as does slight fear but also excitment.

I've always had a thing for legs in a BIG way, so love any outfit that shows bare legs. Sadly, for some strange reason, I hate nylons and love them bare. Nudity is fine, but outfits that could possibly be worn everyday seem to give a more "reality" feel to it. My ideal outfit is shorts (preferably denim, maybe a separate fetish - I don't know) and I really love those little crop T-shirts that leave armpits bare when the arms are tied overhead. Basically, I prefer clothed (as I seem to have a HUGE thing for shorts), but tickling is just so sexy anyway that I just take it for what it is. Also, if this is relevant at all, I prefer upperbody tickling to feet - but always assumed this is because I'm much more ticklish there myself and can identify with it more.
I wonder if it is more to do with what the 'ler is looking for when it comes to tickling. For those that like it to be torturous I suspect nudity may increase the vulnerabilty aspect. Although I love a good thorough tickling, I'm more inclined to the "cute" aspect (where the 'lee is also enjoying it regardless of how unbearable it may be for them) - and so prefer clothed (provided it shows loads and loads of leg!).
