I thought your account was fixed in terms of uploading. I performed the correction on it and tested uploading afterwards successfully. If the attachment is under 2 MB you should be able to upload. If not we have a problem again and I'll do my best to discover what is wrong this time.

EDIT: I have tested your account and was successfully able to upload an attachment.
