DR. Tom is in his office when his new patient Kordelia Devonshire walks in she is feeling down and is pretty depressed. Dr tells her he has a new therapy called stock tickle treatment that really seems to be working. She is reluctant but at this point she will try anything. She puts her nylon clad legs in and he locks her in the stocks. He takes of her heels and the therapy begins. He begins to tickle her feet, her frown immediately turns in to a grin than bursts out in laughter. The therapy is working perfectly her super ticklish feet make her laugh and scream and the once depressed Kordelia is a laughing go lucky sexy blonde he tickles her till she cannot take it anymore than lets her go on her way another patient cured.
