Private messages

I can't seem to send a private message to another member. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Private messages are called "conversations" on our new software. Just click on the person's username and select "start conversation."

Or click the button on the upper right of the forum that says "conversations" and then click "start a new conversation."
