I wanted to add a signature. I went to where I was supposed to and entered the url/ sig info and all that came up after previewing is the sig info and what the url/sig info was supposed to make appear.
It was entered just as directed via the cut-copy and paste.

What did I do wrong?

Below is the sig info just as it was taken :

That's HTML, TTD. You need to use the vbulletin codes (IMG, URL, etc.) I did a quick try, but I can't quite get it. When I get back from an errand I must run, I'll give it another whirl.

Yeah yeah...that's it.....html.....lol......I must need more coffee....I couldn't for the damn life of me remember HTML.......tired brain and soul I guess.

I will want to place the HTML where it will be permananty there if that is possible.

Thanks bro.

TTD

ps.

vB code is On
Smilies are On
code is On
HTML code is Off

How do I turn ON the HTLM code and will that solve the problem?

The rest I want to leave as is.......

Thanks again for your assistance.

Copy that into your sig. I tested it on mine for a second, and it worked. If you want further adjustments, I can tweak it. Note that there is not text on mouseover of the image.

EDIT: As to your edit....I think only TT can turn on HTML in signatures. The reason it is off is that members can put bad and possibly destructive code in their sigs with HTML.
