Problems downloading from Clips4Sale

Recently I've found that I've been unable to download from clips4sale stores. The download appears to be progressing normally until it gets to 99%, but it gets stuck there and won't complete. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I've only done Clips4Sale once, and my Mozilla add-ons(No Script, Request Policy, et al) gave me some trouble until I disabled them.

On a side note, I wish Clips4Sale would make a decent search option for their site. Looking up any single topic brings up like a million different unrelated things!
