In the quest to add to the tickling tool bag, I came across the Feather Tickler Vibe. The feathers spin at one end, and the other end can be used as a vibrator.

If you ever use this device, please be aware that it works great on BARE skin. Do NOT get it near hair. As soon as the spinning feathers came into contact with my hairy chest, the hair and feathers got tangled. It took a few minutes to separate.
