Proper usage of hair dryers/oil on feet for ticklishness?

My feet are not that ticklish, and I really want to find a way to get them sensitive. I've done some experimentation with hair drying my feet for about 3 minutes and rubbing some moisturizer on, and although I can't accurately test the ticklishness because of the "you cant tickle yourself" effect, they did seem a bit more sensitive and responsive.

I would like to maximize the effect of this, so I would like to know if anyone could give me step by step instructions. How long do you use a hair dryer on the feet? What is more effective for this, lotion or oil? When should the lotion/oil be applied when doing this? How hot should your foot feel while being blow dryed like this so that you know the heat is being applied correctly? How can you maintain the added sensitivity/blood flow for a few hours after doing this? Any other info?
