This may seem gross but prostate tickling can be very erotic. I've had mine tickled a few times and the combination of that plus thigh tickling gave some of best orgasms ever. Has anybody else tried this?
 
are you sure you don't mean prostate massaging, as oposed to tickling? I'm not really sure how one would tickle the prostate gland as it is inside you.

Perhaps he means being tickled while "prostrate" (lying flat on his stomach, face down).
 
No, I can honestly say I've never tried prostate tickling. And I don't see myself trying it in the near future.
