Today, getting off work early, I dropped in to the pub for some beer and KENO.
A new young lady, who was working the weekends is now doing the lunch time also. At the start she seemed sort of cold, but in the last few days has warmed up rather well.
Today when I was finished I stood up and said I was out of here and she crossed her arms on the bar and gave a golden globe act of sorrow that I was leaving her.
I was right behind her and said; "Please don't cry" and grabbed her ribs and started to give her a good finger wiggle. She right away started to giggle; "Tee Hee oh gee wait..I'm very tick...ick..ick.." and managed to spin away from me and fell into my arms.
A few seconds of rest and she stood upright but when I went to hug her she started to back away, saying "wait don't..." but by then I had her and just hugged her.
She then just said, "well OK see you tomorrow".
I'm thinking that tomorrow someone is going to get a case of the giggles again.
