Pulse/EKG

Wouldn't it be awesome if a tickle vid displayed the lee's pulse rate or EKG? So you could see her spiking internal response especially when she's in the clamp of a spasm or silent laughter, or when she's pretending not to be ticklish. Anybody ever thought of this before?

I actually discussed trying something like this once. It was with my brother, who was an EMT at the time. I think it would be interesting to see what kinds of readings we got. An EEG would be cool as well.

Scientific studies have actually been done during tickling using PET scans, which show activity in different regions of the brain. (The point was to see if the anticipation of tickling stimulates the same brain areas as actual tickling -- which it does.)

So, that's at least a related idea...

Maybe lonely lees will someday be able to simulate the tickle feeling by stimulating the their brain... or to hook up to a device that coordinates brain stimulation with video action. Probably already being done by some gaming company with ordinary topics like racecar G-force.

I would just love to see a readout of a lee's involuntary internal response. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, not even inside yourself. Pretty extreme.
