Hey y’all,
I’m hoping someone can help me figure this out. For months I was able to purchase clips off clips4sales website. Then all of a sudden just the other day, my attempts kept getting declined. I have spoke with my financial institution and explained that it was not a fraudulent transaction, to which they told me there was no longer a hold on my card. I attempted to make the purchase again a few days later and it still keeps getting declined. C4S customer service had assured me that there isn’t any hold on their end as well.
When I attempt to make the purchase I keep getting a message asking for me to update my payment info. The thing is there is nothing to update as my card is not expired. I have triple checked the card number, ex date, and 3 digit number on the back…all are inputed correctly. I even tried a different card. Nothing is working and it’s becoming extremely frustrating because I never had issues with this up until now.
Has anybody else dealt with this? Do you know if there is a work around or do I just need to give it more time? I have literally tried everything I can think of and I’m hitting dead end after dead end.
