Purchasing issue with C4S

Hey y’all,

I’m hoping someone can help me figure this out. For months I was able to purchase clips off clips4sales website. Then all of a sudden just the other day, my attempts kept getting declined. I have spoke with my financial institution and explained that it was not a fraudulent transaction, to which they told me there was no longer a hold on my card. I attempted to make the purchase again a few days later and it still keeps getting declined. C4S customer service had assured me that there isn’t any hold on their end as well.

When I attempt to make the purchase I keep getting a message asking for me to update my payment info. The thing is there is nothing to update as my card is not expired. I have triple checked the card number, ex date, and 3 digit number on the back…all are inputed correctly. I even tried a different card. Nothing is working and it’s becoming extremely frustrating because I never had issues with this up until now.

Has anybody else dealt with this? Do you know if there is a work around or do I just need to give it more time? I have literally tried everything I can think of and I’m hitting dead end after dead end.

Hmm. You tried all the steps that I’d have suggested. Perhaps clear your browser cache or cookies and try again or in incognito mode.

When I have issues with a website, C4S included, one of those two steps generally works.

Myself and other fetish creators appreciate customers like yourself since you all make it possible for us to keep making content.

Something kind of similar was happening to me. I kept getting a message saying that my 3-digit security code was needed even though I always had it in. There didn't seem to be a way to fix it so I just made a ClipCash account instead since that was one of the other payment options. And I haven't had an issue with that
