So I purchased a 1 month subscription to QualityControl.cc, for the main purpose of downloading one of their recent clips called "Rosie" featuring a model wrapped in saran wrap with her feet in stocks, oiled and tickled. When I go to download and play the 2nd of the two Rosie clips, the audio cuts out completely at about 1 minute into the video (when the camera cuts to a new shot). For the remainder of the clip (like 3 mins) you can see her being tickled, but can't hear anything.
I emailed QC's feedback email address over 3 weeks ago, and then again last week, simply asking if they could re-upload the Rosie clip with the audio fixed. I still haven't gotten a response, and my monthly subscription is about to expire. I know they've been active b/c they're uploading new material every week as usual.
Obviously, I'm sure my request may have been better fulfilled if it was a singular clip I purchased (rather than a subscription which provided access to a bunch of clips)... but all I really wanted was an answer as to if it was possible to re-upload a corrected clip. Even if the answer was a "No", at least it would have been a response.
