Can someone explain to me how they handle interleague games? Do they still count as wins/losses or are they more like exhibition games?

They count as regular season games, LK, with the same weight in wins, losses, and standings position, as any of the other 162 games, and any of the other games against a team's own league.
Hope that answered your question.

Mitch

They definately count in the standings. The only difference is if an American League team is playing in a National League stadium the pitcher has his turn to bat. If the National League teams plays in a American League stadium the Designated Hitter ( DH ) rule is in effect

yeah, to certain teams they do sort of feel like exibition games because it's like they shouldn't be playin there because they usually don't play in that stadum, like recently when a Oakland A was interviewed he was talkin' about playin the Rockies and he said it felt weird because they don't know the rockies and the rockies didn't know them, so it was like an exibition game but they still count on the standings, it's not like they just throw those games in there so that the teams can relax and not worry about winning because they don't count, because they do. It's just like when an NFC team plays and AFC team, the wins and losses still count. Except that AL and NL have one rule that's different, when both NFC and AFC play by the exact same rules.

I'll never get used to the Phillies playing the Yankees or the Orioles.. After growing and being a huge baseball fan all the while it's like trying to write with the opposite hand.. Too weird.. What was the question again? **scratches head**
