Question About N.E.S.T

This is my first time ever actually hearing anything about N.E.S.T and i think its awsome and i REAAAAALLLLYYYY want to go , but can some one please tell me when it is? I know its in Philly i just want to know when. I can't go this year 🙁 but i do want to go eventually.
