Question about Poser4

Sorry I know this isn't the place to ask this, but if it bothers anyone I will remove this from the board.

My question is, where can I buy Poser4? I've tried ebay and even thought I bought a copy, but really I bought a tutorial. So if someone could help me out, I will appreciate it.
