Question about "sleepy foot tickle" clips?

If you've made or been involved in making a clip where a girl is having her feet tickled while she's pretending to sleep, how difficult is it to make a clip like this without the girl laughing? If the girl's feet are ticklish enough to make her laugh, these light tickles to her soles are certainly driving her nuts. Are there a lot of retakes because the girl can't keep from laughing? How difficult are these clips to make?

Considering how much people complain about models faking it, my guess is that these clips aren't difficult at all, because they just use girls who aren't ticklish.

Then again, I have personally tickled women who went nuts silently, because not everyone laughs like a hyena when tickled. So if I was going to make a video like this, I'd use someone like that. Or just turn the sound off.

I actually love clips that show an actual sleeping lady having her feet tickled. I am going to try this sometime on some ticklish lady who is asleep and I know she is ticklish.
