I'm of course referring to this thread:

http://www.tickletheater.com/showthread.php?t=27322

What happens if more than one person shares the same computer and each has his/her own account? Will everyone assume they are one person using multiple accounts?

I'm asking because recently, my roommate has been checking out this site and wishes to join in, most likely to start a PM cybersex thing like I have.

On another site, i knew of two brothers who had to share the same computer, but had different accounts etc...it can be done...however there is always that asssumption they could be the same person..but that's the risk one takes i suppose anytime...but it can be done..

We don't routinely check for sockpuppet or duplicate accounts unless we receive a complaint or if the circumstances are highly improbable. More than one user sharing a single computer may be permissible, although it is uncommon for legitimate users, other than members of a couple, to share one computer.

Bella Donna and I share an IP, since we're both on the same subnet. Same router and all. And nobody's ever really questioned it!

If two people use the same IP, will the site's admin know it right away?

Yes, but we usually only check if we note suspicious activity from one or more of the accounts or if someone complains about them.

I see. Still, it will look suspicious to other users. I'll just let my friend know this.

Okay, something's wrong with my current account. Whenever I try to create a new thread or reply to a PM, I get this message:

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

If the problem persists for more than a few minutes, I would recommend logging out, deleting cookies, closing and then reopening your browser, and logging in again.

Best of luck,
