I hate to call it a "cat fight" because I've never liked that term much, but
in college long ago I saw an incident like slavertickler describes. It didn't end well. Two girls, one tall, slightly heavy and very pretty and a very short athletic tomboy type where wrestling when the short girl landed on the other's leg and started really tickling her trapped bare foot. The tall girl screamed and went ballistic and kicked her tickler in the head with the other foot hard, almost knocking the person out. The ticklee sort of apologized but said she hated being tickled and that's what happens when someone tries to tickle her feet. Kind of scary...needless to say no one tried THAT again...
