Hello there, friends!
I've decided that I want to repackage my nearly two decade old fiction on this site, "Felicia the Cheerleader", and create a new short story series about a supervillain who tickles his female enemies, and sell them on Amazon KDP Select. I know in general how KDP works and have looked up the rules regarding erotica, but there are some gray areas and clarifications I was hoping to get, and I was too embarrassed (yeah, I know ) to ask on the KDP forums or subreddit, so I thought I would ask here:
1) I know nudity and sex scenes are allowed to some degree in tickling fiction, but I understand that straight out pornography is. If a story has extensive scenes of a nude character (18 years old) getting tickled on her breasts, butt, and genitals, but no penetration, does that count as smut/pornography under KDP's rules?
2) Rape and nonconsensual scenes are not allowed KDP's rules, but what about nonconsensual tickle torture where the girl is kidnapped and forced to endure prolonged tickling against her will, including while naked and of her breasts, butt, and genitals? Does that count as a rape scene to KDP, or not because it's only tickling? Again, no penetration.
3) Following up on the previous question, what if rape is threatened, but never actually administered? I have a scene in my story where the main character is tickled with the threat of rape if she gives up, and the rape is this close to happening, but is stopped. Does the threat of rape trigger Amazon's rules against rape, or no because it doesn't actually happen?
4) I have published fiction on KDP that I want to keep completely separate from this as it is not at all related to tickling or adult/erotic content. I've heard that you can't have two separate KDP accounts? Is this true? And if so, is there a way to keep my adult author identity and my regular author identity completely separate on the public-facing end? I don't want someone who reads my regular work to know about any adult/erotica work I create.
5) A bit of a bonus question, but for those who have read or remember my story, "Felicia the Cheerleader", would that pass as far as KDP's rules go?
