Question for Lees, what makes a weak (as in bad) tickler?

Those of you who had tickle experiences that were short of expectations, what contributed to that? I'm not necessarily referring to boundary pushing, but it can be brought up as well.

Hmm...I haven't had many experiences I'd consider terrible or anything. A lot of that is due to me being very selective and really getting to know what I'm signing up for. But in terms of things I know to look for that just aren't my style so much are:

• Someone who's highly fixated on something. Look, I get it. I have a foot fixation, a tummy fixation, and so on, but if that's all the ler can focus on is one spot and it seems like they're almost inconvenienced by the rest of you being their, it's not for me.
• A ler that seems more interested in what you can do for them instead of what experience both can agree to share together.
• A ler who (within the boundaries) isn't very experimental or exploratory. Curiosity is a very good indicator for ler potential.
• Someone who does not tease in a way that feels natural. Some teasing feels like cheap acting. Authenticity is important here. I don't want to feel like I'm just getting a procedure done. Even if I was, the technician often has good communication and playfulness.
• A good human connection. I don't need to be best friends with them or anything, but friendly and compatible chemistry are important to me.
• Even if they agree to boundaries and are generally safe, I don't want to play with someone who doesn't seem to think about safety at all or have an awareness about how some situations could raise my nervousness or cause for concern.
• I personally am into a very sweet-tempered, playful personality who just happens to be especially cruel and intense with tickling.
