Question for you 'lees out there....

I was watching comedy central last night when a thought popped into my head, and I thought I'd throw it out there to see what the general concensus was here on the TMF.

If you had to pick ONE type of 'ler during tickle play, who would you rather go with?.......

A guy who is completely sexy as hell (ie. Clive Owen or Matthew McConaughey type) and when you have "tickle sessions" with him, he speaks to you in sultry whisper that makes you want to rip his clothes off (if it weren't for the damn restraints he put you in, you probably WOULD!)

OR a guy who has an amazing sense of humor (ie. Robin Williams or Stephen Colbert type) and when he has you tied to the bed he rattles off jokes and goofball comments that have you hysterically laughing before he even gets the chance to tickle you (and when he actually DOES start tickling, you absolutely explode)!


Personally, I will go with "stand up comic" type every time.

...well....I am a big fan of teasing tickle.....I love when I can sense my partner is totally into it...and having a great time too. There is something about hearing the tickler laugh...and looking into the smiling eyes of somone who is finding you delightful that is very satisfying. Plus, I laugh so damn hard before he touches me....FUN

LOL! It's so funny that you mentioned The Colbert Report show that featured Barry Manilow because that is the VERY episode which prompted me to write this thread. I was laughing so hard during that show, and it got me to thinking about what he would be like as a 'ler. I think he would be awesome too.

Laughter, even if it isn't the result of tickling, is a HUGE aphrodisiac for me (or at the very least an endorphin rush). Which is why I find most guys with a good sense of humor attractive (even if he doesn't fit that "typical" hot guy mold.)

Girls, girls, girls! You are the most indecisive bunch I've ever met. There were only two people that came out with a definite vote one way or the other (thank you, ladies!). Obviously, its nice to have the best of both worlds, but this fun little poll was my way of making the 'lees prioritize. C'mon, I know you can do it.....CHOOSE. This is not nuclear physics we're talking about....that test will come later

I'm admittedly by no means an attractive or handsome man, but I DO feel I have a playful, whimsical sense of humor, and when it's applied to tickling I become a relentless tease, hoping the 'lee is having every bit as much fun as I am. And while I can't imagine a woman would PREFER to be tickled by an ugly man, I do consider that some would take the personality and attitude and skill of the tickler in mind. Plus, if push came to shove, I guess I COULD put on a Matthew What's-His-Face mask...*^)

But anyway, I am both (though leaning more towards being a 'lee), and I would have to say that I would like a female 'ler to just have a good amount of energy to devote to the tickling. I can't really say I have a preference for much of anything else---though I would like to be at least somewhat attractive to me.

Hmmm. I don't worry about physical appearances. So, that kinda rules out number 1. Too much clowning, however fun it may be, distracts from the tickling. So, I wouldn't really want that. I don't think I'd go with either one. So, can I describe my own preference? (I'll take that as a 'yes'.)

Actually, it would depend on my mood...

There are times when I want the lers to not say a word (or at least limit comments), but just take their time and send me to another world with very slow and deliberate tickling that blows my mind. That's actually probably my favorite. Nothing to distract me. Nothing to keep me from feeling the tickling in its entirety and just have to deal with it.

There are times when I want lers to just be ruthless, find every hot spot and totally destroy me with them. That's generally the time when I want them to get into verbal clowning/teasing along with it. The benefit of the verbal is that it doesn't give my brain time to shut up so that I can relax through the tickling. They can destroy me much more quickly that way...if destroying me is the goal.

I'd want to be tickled by Barry Manilow. To me he's a sexy beast and he's funny.

DOH! You are absolutely, 100% correct on this one. This is one of those open-mouth-insert-foot moments. I apologize to all of those ticklish and submissive men out there! I definitely stand corrected.

Okay, so in the place of funny man Stephen Colbert, you can insert Ellen Degeneres, and instead of hottie Matthew McConaughey you can use Michelle Phiefer.....or whoever else floats your boat!

Oh, and as a sidenote, I'm kinda surprised that the majority are going for humorous over hottie. Interesting.....

Now...out of those two, I think I would have to pick Michelle Pfifer--though I have heard she isn't a very nice person. If that's true, then I would have to make another selection.
