A growing number of video producers are using a small, hand-held, battery-powered tool with a fine, spinning tip. It produces devastating results for less (more than electric toothbrushes). Can anyone tell me what this is?

I think that is what you are referring too.

It works similarly to a sonicare, but for flossing not brushing.
