Please excuse my ignorance on this subject. But can anyone tell me what kind of files you can attach to your posts by using the browse window? What format does the file need to be in? I tried attaching a jpeg file, but it didn't work.

No attachments are possible here, as the TMF can't host pics or clips. You need some linkable webspace of your own, then you can post the material. It's all a matter of bandwidth.

Another option is to upload you pics to TickleTheater and post the link here.
