The cliques around here are too busy kissing each other's @ss to care about anybody else.

Firstly considering how old this post is, a large part of the forum's regulars have changed since then, so you can hardly make statements based on that. In addition though, how do you know the request wasn't fulfilled anyway, since such a reply would be posted in the content section, not here. Furthermore who do you expect to reply with an "I don't know" - everyone on the site? What good would 10798 negative replies be? There's no one person in charge of requests.
