Probably by posting a thread like this. 🙂 Welcome to the forum, and I'm sure you won't have to wait long until someone takes the chance!
 
First, welcome.

Second, let me impart a little advice to you.

Get to know people here. You'll need a pretty advanced "radar" of determining who is a stalker-creep and who is worth talking to. That will take time.

I imagine you are overwhelmed and relieved at finding out you're not alone. This makes you extremely enthusiastic about finding someone and playing.

Take your time. There are lots of people here (many of them local to Ohio) who would be more than happy to make what you're asking for a reality. Talk to them first. I've heard horror stories of people going to meetings eyes wide shut. I'm not going to repeat them because I don't want to scare you.

Bottom line, relax, enjoy yourself, have fun. I saw you have posted a bit. This is good. Keep posting. Make friends. Explore. And when you find someone to play with, and feel you're ready, go for it.

That's about all I have to say about that. For some reason I am feeling helpful today. I should quit that.

Coke is very intelligent, and gave you some good advice. I have an additional idea.

My thought would be to post an ad in the Personals section of the forum, specifying what you seek. You can narrow it down to characteristics you may want in a person, as well as what you seek as far as tickling, and expectations of such. As a new girl, I imagine you will get many PM's from guys. However, by posting a personals ad, you may weed out the serious people looking to hook up for tickling sessions and relationships, and those who are just looking to PM you, to ask you endless questions about your ticklish spots, and your feet, and have no further intentions than that.

What part of Ohio are you in, Heehee? I'll be arriving in Cincinnati to live for a year, effective September 8. (I know it's an enormous state, so you're just as likely to be hours away.)

You should also watch for posts on Bella's Bash. She's in another part of Ohio.

welcome to the forum, and as stated, use caution with whom you speak. there are some really great people here, you just have to weed through all the crap to get to them 🙂

and i recommend taking a glance at the personals section.... theres always people there 🙂 good luck on your hunt and make some new friends!
 
Afternote: Bella's Bash is Oct. 12-14 (or arrive the night before and join them for a comedy show) in Columbus.

Def get to know some people here, there are some good ppl on the board, then if you do start to plan something out...ask around...see if anyone has had any type of dealings with them, but def start talking to ppl here...thats the best way to get started.
