It's both, JP. These boards can be an avenue to meet people over the internet and/or hook up in real life. I've met some really cool people over the internet initially, and then later at tickling events.

I may be misreading your post and if I am, I apologize in advance, but it seems to me you are venting frustration over not being able to score any hot tickling scenes. Am I right?

I myself do not search for tickling partners here, I've already one 🙂

but with 10000 members it's a sure thing, that there are all types of members
those who seek and those who don't

but I heard from friends that it is hard to find the right one via internet

People do meet for real tickling with one another, even those who already have partners, such as I do, yet my gf and I are always looking to make new friends for fun and laughs as well as just plain friendships. It takes time and familiarity with one another first but once past the barriers, great friendships have come out of it and there are more to come. Be yourself and above all be patient. It all starts with a simple hello. It could all start here.
