They were moved because they had been posted in the wrong sections or, at least, not completely suitable sections.
http://www.tickletheater.com/showthread.php?t=35784 was moved to Gen. Dis. because it belongs there, being not about tickling.

http://www.tickletheater.com/showthread.php?t=35741 was moved to personals because that is where we move such. Requests for adding someone on myspace, any instant messenger, or other general personals-like threads are moved to Personals (Although we do read them to determine where a thread best lies).
