Yes the picture is indeed a fake..and the woman is a US celebrity she is a Tv presenter i forget her name but im sure she presented you've been framed or some show like that.

I believe it's Leeza Gibbons, formerly of Entertainment Tonight, The Leeza Show (her own short lived talk show), and the latest round of Dancing With The Stars in the US. 😀

It is Leeza Gibbons. This pic was on another foot fetish site, I can't remember what it was, anyways the pic didn't have the tickling in it. SW just tried to perfect it!
