There was a nice but quick tickle scene in a Lifetime Christmas movie called Hometown Christmas. The scene happens right after a commercial break approximately at the 1 hour and 30 minute mark. The character played by Beverley Mitchell (Of 7th Heaven fame) and who has admitted to being very ticklish is arranging Christmas presents under the tree when the character who plays her brother comes in and tickles her sides. She definitely reacts lets out a little squeal and giggles. There is also a quick foot shot in the movie maybe 10 minutes earlier when she awakens from sleeping on the couch. I believe the movie will have one more showing. Its on Christmas morning at 10 am. There may be other times as well but that's all the further out I was able to see.
