Most social media sites don't allow a simple right-click-and-download of the videos on them. That's the bad news.
The good news is that there are always sites devoted to circumventing that where you just enter the URL and click download. The easiest way to find them is to google "download a * video" where the * is the name of the site, like "download a facebook video"
Sometimes you have to do a little trial and error, to find a site you like that works the way you want it to. But it almost never fails.
