A really short story. The other day a young lady wearing a pair of sandals was trying to retrieve change from the printing machine.
She managed to drop a number of the coins on the floor. I was right there and without thinking really started to help her pick it up. A dime had landed in front of me another in front of her, but the one in front of her was half-way on her sandal. I went for the dime in front of me but she grabbed that one so I reached for the one on her shoe.
Well, being a dime it was hard to grab and it slipped from my fingers and slid further on her shoe under her toes. Without thinking about it, really I had no intention of any thing happening, reached in to fetch the coin.
Once my fingers got under her toes and I kept trying to grab the coin she said; "where did it goooooo" with her voice raising on the ooo's. She tried to pull her foot away which made her almost fall. I managed to steady her with my right hand at about the same time I held the dime fast in my fingers. As I pulled the dime out she let out a little squeal.
I had to chuckle a little bit because I knew she was a bit red in the face after her toes were tickled. Nothing was said, but I thought it was cool that I got a small tickle in without even trying.
