WOW, I remember writing a paper on existentialism while in high school. I never thought of myself as classified as one and I never really related to the philosophists quoted above although I do like the quote by Sartre, the one about giving life a meaning.... who knows? Maybe I was one all along and just didn't realize it... or maybe the quiz is bogus, but I LOVE stuff that makes me think! Even if it DOES worry me a bit?

Come now Mimi, do you really think that god would have anything but zero percent for divine command? A god knows that he is god, and thus resides atop the highest rung in the ladder of the cosmos. He would have no value in a field that bases its outcome on how often someone declares their belief in a higher power, would he not? As for that Biscuit...well, it is tiresome at times, but I, in my infinite wisdom, choose to allow those I watch over to believe themselves divine if they so choose, for belief alone a deiity does not make. 😀

There is one truth out there, but we have to do our rational and faith based best, working in tandem to discover as much as we can in this life (and in that sense religion should be a guide, but not an always and end all be all in that regard).
