Raiders are moving backwards

The place to start is for Al Davis to sell the team. I've been a Raider fan since the late 60's and unfortunenly Davis runs his team like he's still in the 60's-70's. To think Aaron Brooks is better than drafting Leinert is insane, but that's Al. I can't see any coach wanting to get into the Raider mess. Did hear something interesting though. Rumor has it that Eddie DeBartolo, former 49ers owner, wants to get back into the league and him being a very good and dear friend of Davis', might be the buyer. One can only dream..
 
I don't think Mr Davis will sell nor should he. No one thought in 02 he should sell? A few bad decisions have lead to this point and with the right move NOW we can be up there again very soon.

Davis isn't young anymore. His mental capacity like others his age, isn't what it used to be.

This season he looked as pathetic as his team. I don't mean this in an insulting way......... what I'm saying is..... Al Davis for years has been the villian of football. The guy most of us love to hate.


You can't hate an old man starting to loose control of his faculities................ he needs someone to make team running decisions for him.

Selling and releasing his power are two different things............this off season will show were he is at - for me anyway.

But yeah it was sad for a Raider fan to see him like that after ALL the stories you hear about him and what he had done not only for the Raiders but the NFL.

Big Sark will announced as our H.C within the next few days......from a source....both parties are not leaving until a deal is in place...looks like we are taking the first step forward.
