I noticed that no one ever responded to this inquiry, so I will give it a shot. I am far from fluent in French, but I think a close translation is this:

On the left, the Indian maiden is saying "Go ahead and laugh, little white girl. This is a torture of endurance. You have mocked our clothing and feathers, right? This will teach you to respect them!" The woman is laughing hysterically (duh!) and saying "Stahahahapp! I'm sorry!!"

On the right, the bound woman is saying "You...you're not going to....oh no...no...not that!!!" The Indian maiden at her feet is replying "Now Moon Face (?) are you prepared to pay for the crimes of your white brothers? Those who inhabit our ancestral lands..."
