First off, a little background information.
Many of you out there may be surprised to hear that the clip from the following anime, Dr. Slump, was created by none other than Dragonball Z creator Akira Toriyama. Yup, that's right. Before creating a long-running series with spikey-haired superfighters battling with aliens, androids, monsters and what have you, Toriyama-sensei originally wrote this peculiar "gag" manga/anime. Instead of a long coherent storyline like he did with Dragon Ball, with Dr. Slump, Toriyama-sensei just drew whatever came to him, writing in absurd gags, puns, toilet humor...and of course the occasional tickle gag, lol.
The series is about Senbei Norimaki, a perverted guy who fancies himself a scientist, who builds himself and android of a bizarre little girl named Arale (don't worry, she's not the one who gets tickled), who causes all sorts of antics in each installment.
In this clip, Arale's schoolteacher Midori Yamabuki, has agreed to go on a date with Senbei...and Arale *snicker*. So Senbei decides to take them on the ultimate date trip...OUTER SPAAAAAACE!...*ahem*

MIDORI: koff
SENBEI: *tells another joke that's not in the manga*
MIDORI: ...hehehehe
SENBEI: ahahahaha!
MIDORI: AHAHAHAHAHAHA!
BOTH: *laugh*
