I read in the paper today that the rave Act was passed. Appaerntly, if law enforcement hears techno music they have the right to enter the building and take stuff and arrest people. Of course, next we'll be targeting white people who listen to rap

Personally... I sometimes feel that people that make Techno, Rap and Pop 'music' should be shot...

... But wouldn't there be some exsisting rule or constitution right (that you americans keep going on about) that would stop this act simply because its discriminating against people by what type of music they are listening to?
