I'm only guessing, but from the looks of it I'd say that's Raven's brother. I had no idea she had one. Well, I suppose she actually might not. But if she did/does then I'll bet that'd be him. (^.^)

No, it comes from an artist who does work for Palcomixs the X in there for a reason. For one I saw a little comci where he KO's the joker or mindwhipes him or something and well the outfit Raven is in in it is 😱 to say the least.

They tongue wrestle on the last page of it.

I'll try find the artist's dev art page again.

I just thought it was kinda cute, but the reaction is all wrong, raven cant fool me 😀 shes the type that would scream like a banshi.

well it seems we have that in comon Jeff, Raven is my fave character out of the bunch, iv allways liked strong female characters, makes them more fun.......to tickle 😀
