Word is from the Ravens organization that RB Willis McGahee has movement in his arms and legs and seems to be "neurologically sound". He will be kept in the hospital for observation and testing, of course.
For those not in the know, McGahee suffered a hellacious tackle in the AFC Championship game that saw him carted off the field in the 4th quarter. I just saw the slo-mo replay and it loks like his head went waaaaaaay back on the collision. It is reported he's in considerable pain, although there doesn't appear to be any catastrophic damage.
I will say one thing. When he was being carted off the field, the camera followed and picked up the sounds of the Steelers fans in the stands by the tunnel. All of them shouting things like "good luck Willis" and the like. When he went down, all went quiet and he went into the tunnel to loud applause. All thoughts of the heated rivalry were laid aside, and it was a show of true class by the Pittsburgh fans.
